This one is the Leyrat Assemblage No. 1, that has come about as a result of a rigorous selection process of eaux de vie. A great Cognac for bartenders, it is easy drinking and has notes of brown sugar, marzipan, orange peel spice and summer fruits. What makes this estate so special? The 90 hectares
