the Brohls family have discovered and acquired a piece of vineyard with well over 100 years old Riesling vines planted in 1889 from ungrafted roots
It’s a composition of predominantly grapes from Maison Champy’s own Bourgogne vineyards around Volnay and Ladoix alongside purchased fruit from growers in the Cote de Nuits
south-facing exposure and unique blue tufa (clay/limestone soils)
