(1939 1945 issue). Constructed of bronzed zink, on loop for suspension from an unusual hybrid period ribbon configured into an Austrian style tri fold, consisting of a Cross Patte with ribbed arms joined through the arms by stylized rays, the obverse bearing a central circular oak leaf wreath overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the
