Description

Wonderfully fresh and well defined

Plum and cassis are the stand outs with a pungency stemming from tobacco leaf and liquorice adding complexity

A savoury and stony finish

spice and cedar

This is definitely a food wine

Olivers Taranga Shiraz 2022 glassware Wonderfully fresh and well definedShiraz is what the Olivers love and it is in Shiraz that they trust. A full bodied, rich wine; dark chocolate and mocha notes fill the nose, while the palate is all mulberries, dutch liquorice and cacao. It will reward aging, just as the same sweet patch of dirt has rewarded the Oliver family for generations.
